With focus, energy and a true love for the craft, you and your colleagues make sure our guests not only enjoy a great holiday, but also a memorable evening. You help create that warm, relaxed atmosphere people come back for.
Working in our international and dynamic team means variety, pace and collaborating with colleagues who are just as motivated as you are. No two days are the same. You easily switch between the different tasks that make working in the kitchen and on a campsite so diverse.
With your passion for good food and your organised way of working, the day runs smoothly. From mise en place and processing deliveries to preparing and plating dishes and handling the cleaning at the end of the evening, you keep overview and take initiative. You stay calm when it gets busy and, together with your team, make sure every plate is spot on.
In our kitchen, there is a positive working atmosphere where we support each other. We work as one team and make the difference together.

A selection of your tasks!

• You are jointly responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• You take care of the mise en place and prepare the dishes according to a fixed recipe.
• You ensure that the dishes are issued according to a consistent quality.
• You keep the workplace and equipment neat and clean.
• You process deliveries.
• You are jointly responsible for HACCP management and compliance with the rules.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

• You have a passion for cooking and good food.
• You have experience in the kitchen.
• You have product and HACCP knowledge.
• You are flexible, solution-oriented and a hard worker.
• You are also available on weekends, holidays and vacations.
• Diploma Social Hygiene is an advantage.
• You speak Dutch and English well.
• You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.

What do you get in return?

• A good salary in accordance with the Recreation Collective Labour Agreement, scale 3, between €2,300 and €2,850 gross per month based on a full-time employment contract.

• With a holiday allowance of 8% and irregular hours allowance when you work on public holidays (100%) and Sundays (25%).

• You accrue equal to your pension.

• Staff discount of 20%.
