Working in our international & dynamic team means a lot of variety, meeting nice guests and also pleasant colleagues. You handle everything with both hands and can quickly switch between the different tasks that make working in the kitchen and at the campsite so versatile.

With your love for good food and your organized personality you ensure that the day goes well, the restaurant visitors leave the restaurant satisfied and with a full belly. From mise en place to processing deliveries and the preparation of dishes to cleaning. You grab it with both hands and can quickly switch between the different tasks. There is a pleasant working atmosphere in the kitchen in which you and your team ensure that the best dishes are made. We work as one team, where we are there for each other. You are that real HERO in the kitchen!

A selection of your tasks!

• You are jointly responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• You take care of the mise en place and prepare the dishes according to a fixed recipe.
• You ensure that the dishes are issued according to a consistent quality.
• You keep the workplace and equipment neat and clean.
• You process deliveries.
• You are jointly responsible for HACCP management and compliance with the rules.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

• You have a passion for cooking and good food.
• You have experience in the kitchen.
• You have product and HACCP knowledge.
• You are flexible, solution-oriented and a hard worker.
• You are also available on weekends, holidays and vacations.
• Diploma Social Hygiene is an advantage.
• You speak Dutch and English well.
• You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.

What do you get in return?

• A good salary, according to the CAO recreation scale 3.

• With a holiday allowance of 8% and irregular hours allowance when you work on public holidays (100%) and Sundays (25%).
