Is the calling card of Camping Zeeburg. With a broad smile on your face and an enthusiastic attitude, you guide our guests from start to finish to give them the very best and most special holiday. You are like a real spider in the web, the point of contact for all your colleagues and our guests.

You guide our catering heroes, so that they can shine in their work, in addition, you naturally jump in where necessary. With your helicopter view you have an overview of all events in the restaurant and you know exactly where to step in. With your love for communication and your organized personality, you ensure that the day runs smoothly, the guests are satisfied and all shifts are completed as efficiently as possible. From placing orders to implementing time corrections and from tapping beers to supervising new staff. You grab it with both hands and can quickly switch between the different tasks. You are a real HERO of the hospitality industry!

A selection of your tasks!

• Working with your team.

• Managing, coordinating, motivating, training and supervising the team.

• Administration such as placing orders, making rosters, hour corrections and exchange requests from staff.

• Establish, improve and monitor processes and procedures within the hospitality team.

• Monitoring the cooperation between kitchen and bar.

• Point of contact for guests, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Cash preparation and weekly reports.

• Executive leadership during events.

• HACCP management, checking for compliance with rules.

• You report to the Manager F&B.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

• You have leadership and coaching skills.

• You have catering experience.

• You are a team player, hospitable, communicative and service-oriented.

• You are flexible and a hard worker.

• You are solution-oriented and have a high empathy.

• You are also available on weekends, holidays and vacations.

• You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.

• Diploma Social Hygiene is an advantage, but not necessary.

• You speak Dutch and English well and it's nice if you also speak German.

What do you get in return?

• A good salary, according to the CAO recreation scale 5, ranging from €2,600 to €3,200 gross per month based on full-time employment.

• With a holiday allowance of 8% and irregular hours allowance when you work on public holidays (100%) and Sundays (25%).
